Adecco has immediate opportunities for 2nd Shift Mortgage Process Support ? Loan Modification with a leading financial institution in Pittsburgh, PA. Position: Process Support Location: Pittsburgh, PA Full-time Hours: 3:30pm-12 midnight Monday - Friday Job Summary The Process Support Specialist is responsible for supporting a portfolio of loans in default, imminent default loans with a focus on loan modifications, document validation, Net Present Value model running, completing second mortgage modifications, executing short sale/ DIL or answering technical foreclosure questions, as well as responsibility for identifying solutions that will improve the account in a timely manner. The Process Support Specialist will understand and utilize appropriate options for borrowers, such as Collections, Repayment plans, Special Forbearance, Modifications, Short Sales, and/or Foreclosure. The Process Support Specialist will work under limited supervision and need to complete daily tasks and duties while following and executing policies, procedures and protocol set forth to complete assigned tasks. Job Duties Demonstrate past success as a loss mitigation negotiator or late stage collector as part of a team to ensure loans are serviced in a timely manner Support the Customer Relationship Manager model that is the end-to-end Single Point of Contact relationship between the customer and the associate Have a thorough understanding of the business unit's operational processes and the implications on other groups that function within the operations. Retrieve notice of signed modification documents, ensure quality control review of documents and new loan terms, and submit modification update requests Ensure quality service and effective, efficient operational support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers/clients Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures with the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years Mortgage experience (including 1 year of Default Servicing experience) Minimum of 1 year experience independently reviewing Foreclosure files Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Adecco offers a competitive benefit package.
