2nd Shift Support Representative IRC44291 Job in Green Bay, Wisconsin Us

The second shift support representative is to provide support to driver associates, handle emergency situations, and inform appropriate internal associates with load related issues after normal working hours.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Respond to phone calls from driver associates and internal associates.

2.    Handle load related and emergency situations in a timely manner.

3.    Follow proper procedures in communicating issues with other SNI departments.

4.    Monitor and process computer messages from driver associates and internal associates.

5.    Handle com check, cash administration and general fund issues.

6.    Coach and mentor drivers as appropriate to ensure proper utilization, safety and on-time delivery.

7.    Provide coverage to other business units as needed.

8.    Any other job related duties as assigned.
