Analyst, Equity Capital Markets
Our client is a leading investment bank based in London. They are an active player in equity capital markets transactions and are consistently involved in both IPO and secondary issuance work. They have an extremely busy pipeline of work, and are now looking to recruit an analyst into their team. The role is aimed at the 2nd year level.
The role will focus on both origination and execution work. Day to day, you can expect to work on preparing marketing materials, pitchbooks and prospectus as well as working on the actual execution of the capital markets transaction once the mandate has been one.
This will involve financial analysis, modelling, structuring.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Investment bankers with equity capital markets experience
- Investment banks from MA looking to move into ECM
- Possibly, a very good ACA with great communication skills and who is interested in a capital markets role
