Job Description:
AppleOne is currently recruiting for various temporary and temp to hire roles for a medium size logistics company in the Edison, NJ area.
Roles available are as follows:
Warehouse Manager - Hours 4pm-12:30am, temp to hire, Salary range 30-35k, once hired full-time.
4-12:30pm, salary range 35k
Summary Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse personnel concerned with documentation and routing of outgoing freight and verification and reshipment of incoming freight by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directs activities of workers engaged in processing merchandise according to type and weight of freight or merchandise; routing and scheduling shipment by air, rail, or truck; and preparing billings from tariff and classification manuals.
File Clerk - Mon-Friday, 10am-6:30pm, pays $10.00 p/hr, must be detail oriented and take great initiative, could lead to full-time.
3rd Shift Auditor - Mon-Friday, 7pm-3:30am, pays $10.50p/hr, duties as follows:
Auditor will be responsible for the following:
-Checking/counting/verifying all freight and ctns
-Auditing all freight matches the account and the BOL
-Scanning with scan gun all freight
-Auditing multiple accounts
-Verifying load sheets are accurate
-Communicating with Loader and Supervisor
