3 x Change Management/PM Roles in Financial Reporting & Control (Jnr – Snr AVP) recruitment
Our client, a highly sought after employer, is looking for top options to join their ranks within the change environment. There are three roles, all different in their orientation but having some obvious overlaps in what they are looking for.
As with all project roles, each position is joining a space which offers exposure to grand scale global and regional projects but also the chance to pick up and control smaller work streams and projects on your own. Each will give you close interaction into their specialised area, but also offer the opportunity to rotate and gain new experience in 12-18 months time. It is a very stable area of the bank to get into and one which is rife with opportunities and the chance to grow and get promoted quickly.
Each job is in the first instance looking for people with strong project management exposure:
- Ability to lead project teams
- 'As is' and 'to be' process documentation
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle and planning, from conception through to rollout and UAT
- Some business analysis experience, strong VBA and Excel IT skills would be great
- Stakeholder management from a project perspective
- Project Finance
- Also, ideally a Prince 2, Six Sigma or PMP styled qualification
Additionally, you would ideally also have some solid BAU or line exposure to the relevant role:
- Regulatory Reporting: MAS reporting, risk, Basel 2, regulatory returns etc
- Product Control: Balance Sheet Control, PnL production, IPV, valuations etc
- Financial Control: Financial reporting, SOX control, internal or external audit etc
