The preferred candidate will have :

·         A Bachelors’ in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering

·        A minimum of  3-5 years of  problem solving manufacturing experience

·         Demonstrated experience programming in PLC platforms

·         Experience with systematic problem solving techniques. 

·         Must have strong written and verbal communication skills (able to communicate with people of varying educational and organizational levels) plus have SAP AUTOCAD proficiency

·          Experience with rubber manufacturing is preferred
