Job Description 360 Concierge Representative (Mexico Central American Banking Channel)-1201401 Description Since the launch of the Travelers Cheque in 1891, American Express was the innovator of prepaid products. With the recent launch of the Global Travel Card, American Express shows its continued dedication to offering innovative prepaid products and solutions to the consumer. The Concierge Team acquires and maintains relationships within the Banking, B2B, Mall and Retail channels. Our account base reaches from Canada to Central America and throughout the Caribbean. We offer a consultative approach to our Partners product options and work collectively to offer superior client support and service. The 360 Concierge Representative supports seller relationships in Mexico, Central America, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The incumbent consults with bank contacts credit unions via telephone to discuss program options and contractual terms. The Representative also is the liaison for operational tasks such as location set up and closures, inventory requests and is also be responsible to work with internal departments to facilitate compliance and regulatory requests. In addition, this individual may place outbound calls to existing selling partners to drive product sales and promote seller engagement. This role requires the ability to discuss contractual terms, ask probing questions and use a question based selling approach.
