- Must have experience as a 3rd Level Server Consultant.
- Must have a sound knowledge of operating systems used.
- Must have a sound knowledge of Problem and Change Management
- Provide 3rd level support
- Win2003, Win2008 system Administration/end user support
- Be active in the TSM and Active Directory and other server migration
- Responsible for some Batch Scripting
- Implementing server health checks and audit activities when required as assigned
- Explore new technologies that will enhance/expand NT/Netware system use to all areas of the organisation
- Perform upgrades to existing servers
- Responsible for organising communication of all changes to appropriate parties
- Provide after-hours support for the Servers for various clients
- Proactively identify issues within customer networks
- Identify issues that can increase productivity
- Work as a team
- Completion of time recording into Claim on time each week
- Adherence to change process, no unauthorised changes, timely closure of completed changes
- Completion of RCA’s
- Care of assets assigned to you their security (you are personally responsible for all assets assigned to you).

About the Role
The 3rd level Intel/Wintel Server Support personnel reports directly to the Team Leader then to the 1st line Manager residing within Sydney. The successful candidate may also be engaged when the Project team for extra resources are required for various rollouts, upgrades and maintenance work. You will need to be able to Build/Restore Novell, Citrix and Wintel boxes.
