3rd Line Support Technician Specialist
3RD LINE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN/SPECIALIST
A senior technical specialist is urgently required by a global management consulting enterprise. My client are amongst the industry leaders within the IT consulting arena and are looking for a proven Microsoft technical consultant to work on site with one of their key clients in a critical project.
You must be a seasoned technical specialist with the following skills and experience:
* Certified in Microsoft technologies
* ITIL Foundation
* Proficient in VB and other scripting tools
* Strong experience with Active Directory/Windows/OS
* Experience in support, management and development of the end user computing estate
* Strong experience with SCCM 2007 / 2012, BDD and MBT tool kit
* Windows Visa, XP and 7 Operating System, management and security
* Administration/configuration/Active Directory Objects
* Strong technical experience and provision of 2nd and 3rd line support
* SOPs, UAT and Test Script documentation and processes
Package: up to £65,000 Basic + Benefits + Bonus
Location: Manchester
This position is of significant importance and will require the successful candidate to work on client site.
