3rd year analyst, UK Corporate Finance, Blue Chip advisor recruitment
Our client is a tier one blue chip corporate finance advisor, who is now looking to add an analyst to their advisory group. This team works on buy and sell side deals, IPOs, mergers, joint ventures and other related corporate finance matters. The team has a very good reputation in UK mid cap work, and is very busy.
The role will form an integral part of the team, and you can expect to have full involvement in a broad range of deals from inception to completion. Specifically, you will work on financial modelling, valuations, analysis, negotiation, attendance at meetings, marketing.
Candidates will either work in corporate finance advisory with a major bank, or perhaps the corporate finance advisory team of a leading big four accounting firm.
If you are looking to leave practice, you must have at least two years deal experience which can be gained as part of the training scheme (ie Ernst and Young corporate finance training scheme) or two years pqe.
