Job Description:
Seal Beach client is looking for a temporary employee with experience/ emphasis on benefits administration. Duration is anticipated to be 2- 6 months. Benefits Analyst, good people skills and excellent analytical skills, must be able to reconcile benefit invoicing.
Task List
Set up calendar reminders for benefits enrollment

Follow up with employees in regards to benefits enrollment deadlines

Assist employees with on line benefit enrollment

Collect proof of coverage if medical waived

Collect benefits premiums from EEs on LOA

Record cobra events

Assist with Open Enrollment

Update Benefits Cost tracking sheet

Update HRB with employee changes (title, location, compensation, etc.)

Coordinate appropriate WC codes

Enter changes of status (on-leave, terminations)

Prepare termination packages, coordinate with payroll

Process VOE

Assist with inter-company communication (mail outs)

Serve as HR contact for EEs

Compile supporting documentation for payroll packets (offer letters, termination notices, promotion notices etc.)

Filing

Other admin duties as assigned

Must Know ADP HRB system which stands for HR Benefits Portal

Required Experience

Previous HR experience in similar role required

Health Benefits administration

401k plan administration

HRB experience preferred

MS Word, Excel, Outlook
