Busy wholesale/distribution company located in Hacienda Heights is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team! Company manufactures and distributes houseware items and sells directly to retailers. The company is particularly looking for someone from the wholesale/distribution industry who has experience dealing with retail chains! -Must have minimum of 3 years experience in this role -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office..PowerPoint in particular. -Must be very detail-oriented and be able to work independently or with others as needed. Will be answering phones, client emails and handling orders. Must possess strong customer service skills Hours are from 8am-5pm. Mandatory: Experience in handling orders for large chains where you had to download EDI purchase orders and upload EDI invoices. Please apply right away if you have this experience!
