Call Center CSR-Inbound Responds to customers who call with orders, requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. May use computer to access and/or update customer records. Typically requires 6 to 12 months experience with company procedures, products and services.
