4967 Instructional Designer – Captivate (Some Telecommuting) Job in Sterling, Virginia US
We are working with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to develop course modules which will teach new employees about the business. The end goal is to increase the efficiency of on-boarding. The work product consists of 12-14 eLearning modules which are 7-12 minutes long and located on the company SharePoint Intranet. The vision is that each learning module will be part of a "New Town" image that helps new employees access specific learning.
Requirements:
· Strong instructional design skills
· Experience developing content using Captivate
· Experience directing and implementing Voiceovers
· Video editing experience
· Must have experience in SmartBuilder eLearning authoring tool
· Must have the ability to take project from concept, through design, build, review and completion
Nice to have:
· Ability to "be the talent" for Voiceovers
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (approximately 20 hours per week)
Location: Client located in Sterling, VA. Consultant must be located within commuting distance. Can work remotely a portion of the time. Amount of time in kdedek@clarityconsultants.com
