Large engineering company is in need of an bookkeeper to join the team. Main duties will be accounts payables, month end closing, data entry into Excel, post, verify and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable expenses, payroll or other ledger accounts. Prepare statements, invoices and vouchers. They company has begun implementing QuickBooks as their main accounting software and they need someone who is HIGHLY proficient in QuickBooks and can help the other employees when they have questions (pretty much train them.) They are particularly looking for someone who has the accounting/QuickBooks experience from the engineering industry! If you fit this criteria please apply right now!
