Henkel's Segment Manager for Assembly and Adhesives is required to coordinate the implementation of a segment strategy across the national/international regions.
Responsibilitites:
*Leads Henkel Aerospace segment specific activities by obtaining final agreement on the Segment and Product Strategies.
* Develops and implements the strategies by establishing action plans, policies and guidelines that reflect the strategic direction.
* Establish pro-forma financial statement for the segment.
* Initiates and leads "Quarterly Product Development Reviews" involving the relevant business functions
* Develops in cooperation with the regional managers plans (grwoth, product introduction, profitability) in line with strtategic position/assessment of segment
* Monitors the competitive environment of the segment
* Develops in cooperation with other Segment Mgrs or Channel Manager specific programs related to pricing, complexity reduction etc.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of commercial business models
* Strategic capabilities proven through track record of proftable growth
* Business accumen and financial understanding
* Interpersonal skills, Listening and Influencing
* Frequently sit, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times.
* Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groups.
* Regular travel (~40%) required.
