Stable Manufacturing company located in Anaheim is in need of a Marketing Specialist to join the team. Please read details below carefully! Job Duties: Assist marketing manager with advertising materials and communications media to symbolize effectively the services and products of the company to customers Manage and analyze customer database, mailing lists on CRM server, including importing external lists from various sources. Write press releases, e-newsletters, project case studies for approval and review by the department manager Manage web content online with CMS Manage layouts and design of communications such as presentations, newsletter, event support materials, research paper, and catalogs Conduct comprehensive market research Support cross-functional team by pricing direction, new product launch strategies and product positioning Develop and coordinate multimedia packages like brochures, letters, purchase display, etc. for specific assignment Plan and track projects and related budgets Qualifications: -Bachelor Degree in journalism, advertising, or communications preferred -At least five years of solid writing and editing experience, preferably with industry products -At least intermediate user of MS Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook -Must be able to type, take note, write minutes -Must know how to use a MAC (MCS-5) -InDesign and Photoshop MANDATORY If you meet this criteria please apply for immediate consideration We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
