6 Month Contract- Compliance Manager- Stonger Super
The role provides excellent exposure across the whole business in ensuring the ongoing awareness and embedding of the Stronger Super requirements. The successful candidate will be a self-started, with in-depth understanding of the Financial services who is able to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing adherence to the Stronger Super Standards
- Gap analysis and implementation of Key Risk Indicators
- Assist in the oversight and maintenance of Compliance frameworks
- Escalate breaches and issues
- Ensure that the business is informed of risks
- Management and Board Reporting
- Ensure conflicts of interest are correctly managed
Role requirements
- Exposure to Stronger Super
- Financial Services experience, exposure to the insurance industry or a Superannuation Trustee highly regarded
- Risk and Compliance experience and understanding
- Project management experience regarded but not essential
- Good Communication skills
- Analytically minded
- Stakeholder engagement
