6 Month FTC Management Accountant

The primary responsibilities of the Management Accountant is to ensure the Company Balance Sheet and PL report is prepared within the Corporate head office’s strict reporting deadlines.

In addition, the Management Accountant will be expected to assist with all aspects of commercial accounting that will include the preparation of royalty calculations and in the implementation of new finance system Epicore

Activities will include:

Maintenance of the trial balance and preparation of month-end balance sheet and PL reporting within tight corporate deadlines.
Prepare variance analysis and liaise with management to prepare commentary accompanying month-end results;
Prepare reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts;
Preparation and entry of monthly general ledger journals such as depreciation, accruals and deferrals.
Preparation of HMRC Statistical returns etc., as required
Provide the Senior Accountant with any assistance with management reporting, such as Cash Flow, Forecast, Budget Process, and any analytical research.
Liaising with the external auditors to ensure their procedures are carried out in an efficient manner.
Assistant with Capex monitoring, maintain the fixed asset register.
Assist in with all aspect of the Epicore implementation.
