Senior Emerging markets Equity analyst – Deep Value Hedge fund – Singapore
A Multi strategy hedge fund in Singapore is looking to add an experienced buy side analyst and a ‘seasoned’ deep value investor to their portfolio management team. You will be working in a Co-Portfolio management structure and as such be prepared to work in a small group with some extremely talented individuals on a ‘best ideas’ style portfolio.
In order to apply you must have experience working at a top level asset management/fund group investing on a long only basis.
You will be expected to use this experience to work in a portfolio management/investment analyst role in which you will be fully responsible for the research and driving the investment process.
In order to apply you must have the following experience:-
- Conducting buy-side research on a diverse number of stocks within emerging markets.
- Attending meetings with companies management and attending conferences/corporate events.
- Financial modeling and forecasting of stocks under coverage
- Initiating coverage of sectors.
- Performing ad-hoc research and writing investment notes on companies outside of regular coverage
