What You Need:
4+ years of PI Plaintiff Litigation
ABA Paralegal Certificate
Word, Outlook Legal Solutions Excel
What will you be doing?
Report directly to a Partner doing:
Client intakes, assembling and writing demand packets,drafting of pleadings and discovery, summons and complaints lien and settlement negotiations.
Will do disbursal preparations and have heavy interaction with clients both in-person and by phone. Knowledge and experience of both pre litigation and litigation and a strong foundation in Civil Procedure required.
