A Rare Freight Forwarding Senior Sales Position Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada
Our client is one of the world's premier full-solution transport and logistics companies. They are looking for a seasoned and enthusiastic new business developer to lead their sales efforts. The internal team is exceptional and will ensure all your sales efforts result in strong revenues and high customer retention.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Executive will include but are not exhaustive of:
• Increasing revenue/margins through development of new business
• Ensuring successful integration of new business within the company network
• Participating with management on sales strategy
To qualify for the role as a New Business Developer you must meet or exceed the following criteria:
• Experience and knowledge within the freight forwarding industry
• 3-5 years proven outside sales experience in a similar sales environment
• Knowledge of the Toronto market and how businesses operate there
• Inside sales experience is an asset.
This position will include some inside sales in the beginning but new business development will become the key focus of this position.
Our client offers a fantastic, above industry standard compensation package including $60,000 per year salary, yearly commission of 4% will be paid when 2.5 times salary is returned to the company in profit, $500 a month car allowance plus 2 weeks vacation in year 1.
