My client is welcoming a motivated and driven individual to manage the financial control within the organisation. You will be mainly responsible for overlooking the whole scope of the reporting activities. Your role will diversify onto monitoring tax and investment accounting. You will be leading regular ad hoc projects in enhancing the system, as well as streamlining the reporting framework to provide a more efficient process. Taking on this senior position you will be to training and developing your team to improve business performance and accurate financial reporting.
For this fantastic opportunity you will need to possess strong communication skills to liaise with senior management from group office and external finance professionals. It is essential that you have strong knowledge specific to the insurance industry, you must be able to demonstrate a keen commercial sense to meet the organisation’s objectives. A proven track record of excellence in the teams you have lead is a must. To lead the projects in system implementation you must possess a keen technical mindset and a solid technical background.
