Job Description AN1211 AECOM is seeking an individual to fulfill a A7 Asset Management Administrator position for the Air National Guard GeoBase program, located on-site at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. This position will will be responsible for organizing the diverse parts of the ANG A7 organization with regards to integrating A7 into the GIO geospatial enterprise architecture (GEA). This position's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide geospatial support to the A7AM functional as it relates to GIO concepts, business processes, geospatial data, standards and procedures Utilizing GPOs to install settings for servers and desktops. - Provide awareness and training of ANG GIO concepts and GIO geospatial enterprise architecture guidelines to A7 clients and/or related entities while serving as the primary Geospatial technical support point of contact for the A7 functional (map development, data integration, data collection). - Assists A7 with data standards, QA/QC and works with the GIO Management team to ensure A7 is positioned properly to support enterprise geospatial efforts - Assist A7 in meeting all ANG GeoBase requirements in relation to creating maintaining geospatial data and assists in the development of program policies and guidance as well as various training materials and program documentation Required: - BS/BA in computer science, geography, geographic information systems, or related field - At least three (3) years of experience in geospatial technologies implementation and development with two (2) years proven experience managing geospatial technologies projects. - Experience in implementing and managing large geospatial technologies projects or programs Experience with CADD technologies and data migration to GIS - Experience with and technical working knowledge of leading geospatial technologies vendor software and software configurations - Proven verbal and written communications skills - Applied knowledge of relevant industry and government standards such as SDSFIE and FGDC metadata standards - US Citizenship is required as the candidate must be able to obtain a SECRET level security clearance Desired: - Experience managing enterprise-wide geospatial technologies programs a plus. Additional experience is preferred; DoD, Air Force, or Air National Guard GIS or GeoBase experience. - Experience with web technologies, standards, and protocols - Experience with Oracle and Sequel database management. - Experience authoring data management plans, QA/QC plans, geospatial technologies needs analysis, strategic plans, and/or implementation plans - Classroom teaching and or training experience as an instructor
