Structured Finance generally - including working on and negotiating new deals and amending existing ones
Covered Bonds
CMBS transactions
RMBS transactions
Master Trusts structures (mortgages and credit cards)
Whole Business securitisations
A very good understanding of Structured Finance deal documents and someone who can take matters and run with them without too much close supervision.
A good understanding of the commercial rationale behind the provisions in the transaction documents.
A good understanding of where and how a corporate trustee and agents fit into a Structured Finance transaction.
A good understanding on the pressure points on corporate trustees and agents on new Structured Finance deals and amendments to existing deals.
Good at working with lawyers.
Familiar with operational matters e.g. understanding on closings and bond issuances.
Very good at working within deadlines.
Qualifications:
Lawyer or someone who has relevant legal experience (document review) or someone otherwise very familiar with Structured Finance documentation.
OR
Current / previous experience in corporate trust / agency function
Languages: Italian or German would be helpful but not essential.
Salary: Competitive: depends on experience and ability.
Joining a busy team with a diverse set of transactions.
Hours will be reasonable e.g. 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon to Friday.
