AA00872 – ABS/MBS Client Services Manager recruitment

The Client Services team act as an interface between the client and the various internal and external parties who perform functions for the structures. Duties range from dealing with client queries, processing instructions, maintaining internal systems, producing reports, and generally ensuring the client receives the best possible service at all times. Each structure is different and requires varying levels of support and attention.

The Account Managers are responsible for managing the service delivery to the client on a day to day basis. As well as being the front line relationship contact, an Account Manager is responsible for ensuring all requirements of the client are met in an accurate and timely manner. The role covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities ranging from reading transaction documentation to understand the basic structure of the deal, running reports, processing transactions (mostly payments and payment related), managing internal systems, reconciliations and MIS break clearance. The Account Manager will be directly responsible for all roles have extensive interaction with the Client, Operations and other external counterparties

Candidate Requirements:

Minumum of 2 years experience in a similar role or in a Corporate Trust, Cash Management, Custody or Loan Administration function.

Some knowledge of the following idea: Payment processing, MTN Issuing  Paying Agency Operations, Structured Finance Transaction documentation, Capital Markets Operations

Structured Finance, Capital Markets products and/or basic accounting knowledge advantageous but not essential
