AA00872 – Client Services Account Manager recruitment
This role fits into a business that provides trust and agency services to issuers of bond debt and equity in international capital markets and borrowers of bank debt. This debt services team provides administration services as trustee and agency to international clients involved in Eurobond, Unsecured Programme Debt, Project Finance, Escrow, Islamic Finance and restructuring transactions. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients handling transactions in all the above products based in a specific region.
This is a client facing position offering a varied role across mulitple CTA products. You should enjoy dealing with internal and external clients, possess strong problem solving skills and be comfortable dealing with a variety of structures. Many of the deals this team work on are high profile transactions sometimes structured by highly complex legal documentation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Capital Markets background with good operational experience
- Exposure to Agency and Trust
- Degree level (or equivalent) education (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good Time Management and Organisational capabilities
- Business writing skills
- The credibility and confidence to liaise across all levels of the business
- Team Management experience would be beneficial
