We are looking for a dedicated career oriented behavior analyst (MA, BCBA required) BCBA-D preferred . ABA background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities is required. Ability to interact cohesively with other professionals as part of a team in the field, parent, and school staff is an absolute must. Suffok/Nassau/Queens/ Manhattan and the Bronx. Must be willing to travelQualificationsEducation• Professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst • Master's degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, or psychologyExperience• At least five years experience working as an consultant in the autism or developmental disability field• Experience conducting preference assessments, skills assessments, functional behavior assessments and extensive behavior intervention plan writing and implementation in schools• Experience in goal development and report writing• Knowledge and understanding of developmentally appropriate practices• Experience in Incidental Teaching and/or Pivotal Response Training preferredCompensation: • Depending on experience; monthly mileage allowance on top of salary; could be full-time or part-time Benefits:• Generous salary and benefits package including paid time off, federal holidays health benefits.
