ABA Tutor Job in Fayetteville 28304, North Carolina US
Job Purpose:
In order to meet the growing needs of families with children diagnosed with autism in the Cumberland County area, Little Miracles Child Development Services, LLC is looking for professional, dedicated and compassionate candidates that can provide in home one to one ABA therapy services.
Duties:
Ø Provide one on one in home applied behavioral analysis developmental methods to children diagnosed with in the autism spectrum disorder.
Ø Implement behavior plan of care outlined by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
Ø Perform quantifiable data collection outlined within the behavior plan of care in order to identify goals and objectives to improve the effectiveness of the BP.
Ø Submit behavioral notes for completed sessions to BCBA.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ø Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Special Education, Bachelors degree or projected completion of bachelors degree within the next year. Desired field of study in psychology, special education, or related fields.
Ø REQUIRED: Must be able to pass a federal, state and county background check sex offender check.
Ø Ability to interact with children with special needs in a variety of settings and for a variety of purposes.
Ø Candidates must have reliable transportation
Ø Have computer and internet access for report submissions
Ø Completion of 40 hrs of Applied Behavioral Analysis tutor training.
