We are offering a position as an RD Engineer at ABB Oy, Wiring Accessories unit in Porvoo. In this position, you will work as a member of the product development team and manage product development projects focusing on electrical installation materials and wiring accessories. Innovating new products and solutions from an electrical installer's perspective will be an important part of your work. We require a M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and work experience in project management and/or product development in the field. The job requires team work, so you are socially talented and open minded. An independent way of working and a strong commitment will help you succeed in this job. Initiative and willingness to learn are also desired qualities. Your Finnish skills are excellent, and you write and speak English well. Swedish skills are an advantage. You are familiar with SAP and preferably also with ProEngineer or Pads software. The job requires travelling.
