WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION? The STD Ability Analyst is responsible for investigating, recording and analyzing data timely and efficiently to make determinations based on the terms of the policy contract and company guidelines established. Additionally, they would need to possess excellent customer service skills to work with internal external customers in an effort to retrieve/relay information relevant to Short-Term Disability claims.
