ABL Syndication Relationship Manager 2 - (Vice President)
Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) offers traditional asset-based financing, specialized senior secured financing, accounts receivable financing purchase order financing, and supply chain financing to a wide range of companies throughout the U.S. This position is in the Syndicated Finance group, which manages commitments in nationally syndicated Asset Based loans throughout the U.S. A Relationship Manager is directly responsible for managing 12 14 existing relationships/loans within the collective portfolio. Relationship management duties include: (i) embracing and adhering to the Companys vision and policies and procedures, (ii) evaluating and mitigating credit risk associated with transaction structures, different types of current assets, cash flow, financial statements, and loan agreements; (iii) developing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal and external partners; (iv) acting as a resource and mentor to lower level relationship managers and syndication account analysts. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years commercial lending experience. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated working knowledge of asset based finance, including analyzing and evaluating transaction structures, cash flow and other financial statements.
