JOB DESCRIPTION

A global private bank is looking to develop it ME coverage by expanding into the Abu Dhabi market. They are looking to bring in a number of senior bankers with client books of at least $300ml AUM – with a large proportion of the total portfolio being hunted.  The Private Bank boast a very well respected name/reputation. The successful candidate will be required to build a book of client with a first year target of $100ml AUM through the transfer a number of long standing relationships, as well as hunting prospective clients. They are interested in speaking to individuals with a strong track record and a experience across the region.

The role:

• Generate sales revenues, dealing with complex investment structures

• To build highly proactive, long-term relationships with Abu Dhabi clients

• Increase Assets Under Management, through client acquisition

• Manage a portfolio of existing and new clients

• Maximise the acquisition and retention of clients - identify new business opportunities

• Train and develop junior colleagues

• Play a key part in the expansion into the Abu Dhabi  projects

• Establish new client relationships and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities

• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and proven client management skills

• Able to work to clearly defined annual revenue targets with an ability to deliver results

• Strong client acquisition and business development skills

• An extensive and existing network in the GCC

• 8+ years experience

• Long-term commitment – candidate who can present stable career moves
