ACA + 4 years M&A recruitment
My client is a strong corporate finance boutique in London covering the softer sectors. They are particularly strong in the Technology, Consumer and Industrials space. They are both looking to take onboard an AD/ VP in Q1.
The applicant:
- Must have an ACA qualification from a Big6 accountancy firm
- 4-5 years Corporate Finance MA experience in a London based team
- Strong academics and business acumen
- Valid passport/ visa to work in the UK
- Able to perform effectively within a time pressurised environment
- Ability to negotiate and strong people skills
- Modelling skills are essential for assisting juniors in their tasks
The Role:
- Based in London, but could require some travelling
- Handling of clients in a sensitive and intelligent manner
- Supporting senior staff
- Start originating own deals within the next year
