ACA Accountant Business Testing Analyst Product Control/ Accountant Business test analyst Banking £75k
Immediate and exclusive opportunity for an experience business test analyst to join one of the largest investment banks in the city: Requirements Previous experience within Product Control, and some testing/ UAT/ Test scripts experience- ideally ex accountant
My Investment Banking client based in Canary Wharf is seeking a qualified accountant with knowledge within product control/ financial control, to join their team and grow their career as a senior Business Analyst/ Test Analyst. This role needs someone with some knowledge already of the business analyst and testing life cycle, who is looking to build on this experience.
As the business testing analyst, you will be working closely with BAs and testers, as well as the business users and your role will be to represent the business during the test phase and work with the BAs to understand the requirements. So you will be representing product control and financial control within the UAT Test phase
Main Duties
Define test plans, product test scripts, track test defects
Review test deliverables with product control and financial control
Act as a senior member to the team to the board level
This role will be ideal for an experience finance BA who would like to move into a more viable, responsible projects role, or a solid test analyst who would like to move into business analysis.
Requirements
Qualified accountant
Ex product control/ finance control
Knowledge of testing- ideally hands on experience with test management, automated tests, creation of testing application calculations etc
