ACA – Group Consolidations
Hays Financial Markets are working with one of the world’s largest and most profitable banks to recruit their new Group External Reporting Manager. This is a brand new role created off the back of two internal promotions.
The position has been created to manage all aspects of external reporting for all entities of the group. This will specifically involve identification and interpretation of financial reporting requirements, the collating of complex data from all networking sites of the bank, the implementation of the controls to provide assurance over consolidated financial information for external stakeholder analytical reviews. The position will allow the individual to identify opportunities to redesign business processes for best practice. This is a key position within the Finance team and heavily impacts stakeholder relationships of the bank.
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified. To be considered you must have experience of account consolidations within banking, and this will ideally be for a large global institution. You will have excellent knowledge of IFRS and a thorough awareness of other relevant regulatory issues. Communication and relationship buildings skills must also be very strong as well as the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
