ACA qualified M&A Associate recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong ACA with at least three years lead advisory experience in corporate finance to hit the ground running in an entrepreneurial boutique with strong deal-flow ranging in value from £25-£200 million.
With a small team of analysts the associate will be working closely with the directors on all aspects of a deal, from pitching in the origination stages to due diligence, modeling and valuations in the execution stages.
They require an ACA from a top accountancy practice with at least three years lead advisory experience, on both the sell-side and buy-side. The candidate should have stellar modeling and valuation skills and should be keen to use their auditing and accounting skills as well as their corporate finance knowledge.
