Access Management IT Operations (f/m) recruitment

- Work with 1st and 2nd level support to ensure all relevant systems, applications and databases are provisioned correctly following approved requests in the MyAccess tool
- Work with regional Infrastructure Access team to ensure input data per system, application and database is provided accurately and in a timely manner for all regular and adhoc reviews
- Collaborate with Support and Management to ensure all open and new audit points relating to Access Control are completed in a timely manner with appropriate quality
- Provide ideas on improving processes and automation within the Access Management team

You Offer
- Degree in Information Technology or similar educational background
- Professional experience in Access Control/Management tools
- Unix/Linux skills are beneficial
- Experience in ITIL Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management or Problem Management
- Fluent in English and German (in writing and speaking)
- Focus on teamwork
- Outstanding problem prioritization, categorization, investigation and resolution skills and talent to make sound judgments and decisions based on business and IT experience
- Strong sense of ownership, high initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision and escalations
