Description

Assist in the delivery of services in accordance with agreed upon service standards, the custody trust instrument, and policies and procedures between Global Security Services (GSS) and institutional clients. Serve as the primary administrative contact for client portfolio servicing. May perform client visits and serves as back up to the Administrative Officers. Prepare new accounts and portfolio transactions at the direction of the client. Reconcile portfolio transactions; verify daily projections reports and check for accuracy. Research discrepancies, develop potential solutions and implement corrective action. Act upon complex account matters referred from junior staff members. Interface with all GSS functional departments and related Bank of New York Mellon entities that deliver services to assigned clients. Support the execution of all standard and ad-hoc client events related to the ongoing services provided by GSS and the involvement of other Bank of New York Mellon entities where appropriate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of servicing requirements and processing changes. Provide updates to team where appropriate. Maintain knowledge of other Bank of New York Mellon businesses and products to ensure proper routing of client requests and to support continued/enhanced relationship with client. Monitor procedure effectiveness, report deficiencies and recommend enhancement solutions. Conduct analyses and research for internal reports as requested.

Qualifications

Some prior knowledge of general investment management processes and products is helpful. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Two to four years experience.
