A manufacturing company in the Augusta area is looking for an Account Administrator to be responsible for scheduling inbounds and outbounds, providing customer service and invoicing customers.

Job Duties include:

- Schedule shipments and receipts to comply with warehouse operations and capacity.
- Gather and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities and assit in resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure that all paperwork is completed and entered in the system accurately and timely.
- Prepare and mail invoices to customers according to company policy.
- Research invoices outside of payment terms and contact customers to resolve any issues and to determing pament status.
- Assist in performing physical inventories and second counts.

Requirements include:

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience in an office or warehouse environment
- Must be proficient with computers
- Must be organized and detail oriented
