Account Coordinator

Our client a leading manufacturing organisation based in South Leicestershire are currently recruiting for an Account Coordination for a minimum period of 1 year on a temporary basis.

This organisation is a leading global manufacturer of commercial machinery; it is world renowned for quality and customer service .

A requirement has been created for an account coordinator to make their mark within this progressive organisation. The role of the account co-ordinator is to manage the end to end process of orders created by dealerships in Europe, Africa and Russian areas. The process involved in managing these orders are regimented and complex. The successful candidate must be process driven and have experience in Customer Service, Managing orders and Scheduling.

Any experience in AS400, SAP, Lotus, and Excel would be advantageous. The hours are 8-4 and overtime may be necessary at busy periods.
