Summary:
The Account Coordinator is a position that performs tasks necessary for the support of the business needs of iRx clients. This requires developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with the clients, the Account Management Team and internal departments. The Account Coordinator provides a tactical role in working with clients to coordinate delivery of day-to day needs and issue resolution in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain an ongoing knowledge of clients' business
- Provide positive alternatives to complex situations encountered by client and manage expectations
- Act as liaison between external clients and internal departments to resolve these issues.
- Act in project coordinator capacity to ensure accurate and timely completion of client requests, to the client's satisfaction
- Complete service requests to translate customer needs and requirements for iRx operational departments
- Escalate client concerns when and where appropriate
- Interfaces with internal iRx departments as needed to fulfill client requests
- Document all client-related activities/requests using Queues/Customer First
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exhibit proficiency in executing software programs and utilities specific to iRx business
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret and follow procedures
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, management and technical associates
- Ability to solve practical issues and deal with many variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Proven ability to handle many complex jobs simultaneously and the ability to overcome internal and external obstacles as they arise in order to ensure client satisfaction
- Problem Solve and anticipate potential problems by providing solutions in a clear and diplomatic manner
- Good mathematical ability
- Experience with various software products
- Highly organized, detail oriented, able to prioritize work load and deadline driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and relationship management skills
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university, technical school or one to two years of related experience
