Account Coordinator
Role Synopsis:
To promote and sell BHI pipeline, and process services in a structured manner, and maintain good client relationships. To form an integral part of the Offshore Team, and play a key role in realizing our annual Financial Plan
LOCATION: Houston, Texas
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
- Maximize Field Margin return to the Offshore group by matching our unique Offshore Service Provision and Engineering strengths to the needs of our Offshore Clientele.
- Updates Sales Plan and Strategic Initiatives, by supplying information on potential Projects including dates and estimated revenues.
- Review invitations to tender and assists in preparation and review of bid documents (if required).
- Review and document contract documents (as required).
- Actively seeks new clientele, and Offshore Project opportunities, and evaluates such to determine our ability to provide the requested services in a cost efficient and safe manner.
- Insure full awareness of and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant Company/Customer HSE Handbooks, HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
- Actively ensures that his / her own health safety and the health safety of all fellow workers or other workers is preserved at all times.
- Face to Face client interaction on a regular bases
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years in the oil and gas services industry and/or experience in related field.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of process and pipeline services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to coach others.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in varied environments (office and field).
- Flexibility to work late night or on weekends, as needed.
