Position description
Wärtsilä is currently seeking Account Coordinator to Parts Order Coordination department for Americas WGLS in Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate quotations and orders for assigned SAM Customer
- Single point of contact for SU for assigned SAM Customer
- Be responsible for quality and response time for orders and inquiries
- Follow-up parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and claim handling
- Support on claim analysis and facilitate corrective actions
- Ensure Customer and installation data accuracy
- Possible Customer visits as to understand their needs and requirements, together with SU
- Assist on Customer agreements with regards to logistics
- Act as a link between SU and various departments in WGLS and Solutions and Delivery Management involved in spare part delivery process
- Act as contact with regards to spare parts forecasts
- Align Customer KPI and internal KPI
- Reporting line towards POC Management
- All of the above for assigned SAM Customer
- Other duties as requested by the superior
Requirements
Education and experience:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in a technical or commercial area with knowledge and 5 or more years experience in Customer Service and Logistics; Or associate degree and 8 plus years related experience; Or an equivalent combination of both education (high school diploma (or GED)) and experience;
Foreign credentials are acceptable.
