Account Coordinator(Turkish) €15 Per Hour Job in Dublin Ireland

Our client, a global leader in their market, currently requires an Account Coordinator to service customers in the Turkish market. The position, a temporary contract, will be based in our client’s headquarters in Dublin City.

The Role

As an Account Coordinator you will provide excellent support to customers in the Turkish market. You will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone, email and live chat to assist with all aspects of the service. You will assist customers in their advertising strategy to maximise their budget and achieve desired results, provide technical assistance and increase customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for reviewing client’s advertisements to ensure they meet policy guidelines and work with other team members and departments to improve customers experience in the future.

The Candidate

You are a self starter who works well in a fast paced and ever changing environment. You have excellent customer service skills and are willing to go the extra mile for clients. You have a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt and are a natural problem solver. Ideally, you are experienced in account management, marketing and advertising. A knowledge of PPC advertising would also be an advantage.
