Role
Reporting to the National Core Sales Manager, the purpose of this role is to grow Western Union Business Solutions market share and revenues by identifying and developing strategic business opportunities within the current portfolio of clients.
We are looking for a consultative sales professional, with a proven track record within finance and software solution sales, to join our high performing team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop online integrated business solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing opportunities within WUBS current client base
- Build, co-ordinate and execute on account/segment plans to maintain and grow client revenues annually.
- Develop Strategic relationships
- Maintain and grow portfolio performance
- Maintain accurate client information, sales pipeline, and revenue/opportunity forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Use analytical skills to understand our clients changing business and needs, in particular how there changing requirements can be met with our variety of products and services.
- Innovate to find new ways to monetize WUBS services and tap into previously unseen lines opportunity.
- Compliance with all relevant internal/external policies procedures
- Collaboration and Teamwork, contributing to the success of the New Zealand business and helping other team members to be successful
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with a proven track record in selling to opportunities within the B2B segment.
- Experience in solution sales ( SaaS Financial services)
- Understanding of the international business payments market
