JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Account Development Manager
Reports To: VP of Sales
 

Fast-growing luxury lifestyle products company seeking an entrepreneurial professional to work in sales organization as brand builds its presence in new markets.  Immediate responsibilities include leading sales activities for  and overseeing development of accounts in key niche markets in the United States. 

Ultimately responsible for facilitating growth and sales strategy for relevant niche markets, including:

1.  Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales plan for current and target accounts in given niche markets

2.  Travel to trade-shows in North America to represent the company

3.  Visit with key accounts and target accounts regularly

4.  Visit with accounts as necessary to train their personnel on selling the brands products

5.  Work closely with the marketing department to ensure sales strategy follows he company marketing strategy

At least 7 years of relevant sales and business development experience required.  Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work calmly in a dynamic environment.  Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess high level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Must be willing to travel as necessary. Working remotely may be possible.
