Role
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the purpose of this role is to grow Western Union Business Solutions’ wallet share with our current portfolio of corporate clients. We are looking for a driven sales professional with a proven track record within finance and software solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Use consultative selling skills to understand our clients’ changing business needs and identify strategic wallet share growth opportunities
- Innovate to build end-to-end cash management and hedging solutions for our corporate clients
- Generate and navigate multiple opportunities and progress the pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate client information, sales pipeline, and revenue/opportunity forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC)
Qualifications, Skills Experience
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with 3-5 years of proven track record in solution selling within the B2B segment.
- Understanding of the international business payments market
- Proven track record of being a consistent high achiever, hitting and exceeding sales targets
- High degree of professionalism and confidence
- Ability to identify opportunity and control sales process to close a deal with a win/win outcome
