Account Director
My client is a leading Software Multinational and recruiting a senior and entrepreneurial sales professional to have a key position in the Chilean office, proactively driving business in Latin America.
This is a key role to ensure the businesses continued success, which needs a hunter mentality with an excellent sales history and client's network.
My clients deal with specific software for the Financial Market and are well respected by the main financial institutions as a specialist in such niche market.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quota
- Deeply understand the company's products
- Manage and strengthen the clients´ pipeline, growing the sales and up selling
- Develop strong relationship with the existing clients
- Understand the specific business needs of the clients
- Work close to the marketing team to insure the participation in the main events in the market
Skills/ Experiences
- Deep knowledge and working experience in the financial market
- Strong experience of the full sales cycle
- Consultative approach towards clients, having built strong relationship
- Solid network with financial institutions inChile
- Experience with proposals, RFIs and RFPs
- Fluent English and Spanish
This role will build on past successes and extend the existing sales capacity growing the company's revenue and market presence, while allowing strong autonomy and growth to this senior sales professional.
