Account Director - Patient Adherence

 

An experienced Account Director is sought to work in a high-growth healthcare company specialising in evidence-based patient support strategies and adherence programmes. 

·         Are you passionate about the world of international healthcare communications, with experience in medical and/or patient facing communications?

·         Are you experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in complex regulatory environments?

·          Can you demonstrate your ability for getting into the detail while retaining a high level view of the total project vision?

·         Are you an insightful people’s person who intuitively knows how to form successful relationships that deliver a return?

·         Experience in biologicals/RA in a pharma or agency setting is a plus

We are a leading global Adherence Solutions company looking for an experienced agency Account Director to help service our client operation in New Jersey, US.

 

We want someone who will quickly grasp what we do and take no time to become a guru in all things ‘adherence’ related. You will be confident and experienced in managing projects from start to completion, and will have a knack for communicating clear briefs to our team of internal experts; health psychologists, business analysts and creative writers/art directors, to deliver outstanding patient and health care professional communication strategies for our discerning clients.

The role will report directly to the Managing Director, US, with ample of support and involvement working with our Global Solutions division.

 

You will have:

·         A passion for delivering value and solution driven healthcare communication strategies.

·         Client facing account management experience, as well as the skills to manage an internal account team with other disciplines (creative, editorial, technology) to deliver the right outcomes. 

·         Proven skills in effectively scoping and costing a solution, with on-going financial follow up and budget reconciliations.

·         A unique ability to conceptualise a full solution and  the project management nous to connect the dots and actually make it happen

·         An unwavering commitment to client retention and an aptitude  for making your client swoon

·         A background in science would be helpful and some knowledge of US prescription medicine/marketing would be fantastic.
